Major Tasks:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Reservations & Confirmations\u00a0
\n\u2022 Pro-active in telephone sales & business acquisition
\n\u2022 Timely quotation on ad-hoc requests
\n\u2022 Track & Trace activities & follow up
\n\u2022 Handle all telephone enquiries regarding loading details, capacities, special handling and transit requirements and ensure that any irregularities are managed efficiently and unsolved issues are followed up and monitored
\n\u2022 Maintaining AWB distribution & monitor AWB Stock Control
\n\u2022 Flight capacity control & remaining capacity is actively sold
\n\u2022 Handling & Reporting of irregularities & follow up
\n\u2022 Handling CCA\u00b4S request
\n\u2022 Handling CSR Reports & CASS queries
\n\u2022 Handling, maintaining Monthly \/ Weekly Pre-Bookings & Allotments<\/p>\n

Education, experience & qualifications:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Commercial apprenticeship or education, preferably logistics related
\n\u2022 Work experience in an international logistics company \/airline of at least 2 years
\n\u2022 Excellent Customer Service & Organizational Skills
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of the English language, verbal and written
\n\u2022 Understanding of weights, measures, arithmetic skills
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge of customs rules and regulations, special handling of restricted items and commonly practised safety procedures and guidelines
\n\u2022 Basic working knowledge of PC software programs MS \u2013 Excel \u2013 Word \u2013 Outlook \u2013 Cargo\u00a0\u00a0 Reservation System\u00a0
\n\u2022 Decisive and self starting attitude with energy and motivation to be effective in a very demanding environment.
\n\u2022 Flexibility
\n\u2022 Customer service oriented
\n\u2022 Teamwork and co-operation
\n\u2022 Strong negotiation skills
\n\u2022 Ability to perform under pressure<\/p>\n
