Head of Regional Operational Excellence
♣ Deliver Ops value realization and Improvement for Unilode and our customers
♣ Lead the Regional Ops Excellence (OpsEx) agenda
♣ Roll out Operations programs (e.g. Digitalization)
♣ Support and enable the global Ops Excellence Road map
The OpsEX leader key role includes, but is not limited to:
♣ Drive, deliver and realize with the line leaders and customers tangible Continuous Improvement (CI) results that will impact the P&L
♣ Owner of the CI related project charters
♣ Responsible for the overall design and management of OpsEx capabilities in coordination with COO
♣ Contribute to the design, development and update of the OpsEx methodology (incl. methods and tools, Reference Guide, training material).
♣ Responsible for training, coaching and assessing OpsEx capabilities
The measures and indicators that show success in this role are:
♣ Profitability (Gross Margin and EBIT – Stations and Customers)
♣ Efficiency and productivity
♣ Successful and timely realization of Ops programs
♣ University Degree – Engineering and/or Business managemnet
♣ Certified Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma
♣ Knowledge and skills developed in a Six Sigma, TPM or LEAN implementation (Loss Tree Analysis is a plus)
♣ Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
♣ Fluent in English, plus at least 1 or 2 other major European languages
♣ Hands-on business and customer operations experience
♣ Strong CI driver profile with coaching skills and a minimum of 5 years experience in leading BB projects
♣ Proven achievement of Ops program management in large and complex settings
♣ 10 years of ''hands-on'' experience in an operational environment
♣ Experience in deployment on multi-sites including Management Routines
♣ Excellent communication and coaching skills.
♣ Excellent problem solving skills.
♣ Flexible, agile, adaptable and self-motivated.
♣ Passion for Customer Service.
♣ Strong analytical skills and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
♣ Excellent organisational and time management skills.
♣ The company language both internal and external is English
♣ Expertise with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
♣ Travel (domestic and international) will be required.
