Functieprofiel:
Main tasks:
• Reporting to the General Manager of The Netherlands with a dotted line to CFO at HQ, you are responsible for financial management and activities of The Netherlands branches
• Preparation and presentation of financial reporting and annual reports
• Consolidation of country reports and financial analysis of the results
• Lead the finance team in The Netherlands
• Preparation of annual budgets, including follow-up and controlling.
• Manage cashflow and working capital
• Establish and develop strategic partnerships with external partners: banks, legal, audit and tax
• Management team member
Requirements & Profile:
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Leader in the logistics industry.
• International experience and intercultural sensibility
• Experience in managing ERP and Business Intelligence systems, preferably Cargowise One
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Assertive team leader and team player
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, open-minded leadership style
