Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to promote Brokerage Wholesale's products.
• Identify and target potential clients within the freight forwarding community across The Netherlands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics solutions to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Brokerage Wholesale's services.


Qualifications / Experience:


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding and airline industry.
• Strong understanding of the logistics market in The Netherlands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Willingness to travel within The Netherlands required.
