Duties / Responsibilities :
Aviation ULD market analysis
- Build and maintain a database of airlines’ aircraft fleets and standard ULD configurations to establish market size.
- Maintain and analyse customer data related to ULD fleet sizes, ULD and spare parts purchases
Sales Function Commercial Support
- Support Sales Managers in preparation of commercial proposals and business cases.
- Tracking Actual vs. Planned margin of the commercial offers (NCM files)
- Work with Sales Project Manager on parts pricing and optimizing external warehouse spare parts stock levels.
- Support in provision of data for customer portal
Sales reporting
- Responsible for all reporting (COTD/DIFOTQ, ROFO, Budget, MTP)
Finance Function Support
- Prepare consolidated Management Reports and presentations: monthly / Quarterly / Yearly and ad hoc (3 legal entities: TH, US and NL)
- Review reporting packages provided by entities to ensure accurate Group reporting
- Prepare monthly journal entries for consolidation purpose
- Keep updating on IFRS to be able to identify any potential impact of new or revised accounting standards and their impacts on Company
- Ensure that financial information is delivered accurately and respecting the Company planning. Admin of the Financial Consolidation tool
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or Engineering
- 2-3 years in controlling experience in a manufacturing environment (international business environment would be an advantage)
- Experience in project planning, logistics are very beneficial, and some technical backgrounds will be an advantage.
- Pro-active personality and problem solving mindset
- Flexible and able to handle short deadlines
- Familiar with ERP system would be an advantage (SAP, LN)
- Excellent written and oral command of the English language
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Advanced MSExcel and MS Power BI skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
