• Building meaningful and professional relationships with community partners, ensuring a collaborative approach to increasing engagement and involvement.
• Developing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients by being a reliable, attentive, and skilled conversational partner.
• Actively listening to clients to fully understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring tailored solutions that drive long-term satisfaction and success.
• Conducting thorough research and analysis on accounts to better accommodate new clients while uncovering potential areas for expansion.
• Demonstrate genuine commitment to delivering value to clients by consistently following through on promises and providing exceptional service.
• Offering well-prepared and compelling demonstrations of products and services to potential buyers, showcasing their benefits in a way that resonates with the audience.

Your Experience:
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the logistics industry, with a strong understanding of operational processes, freight solutions, and customer needs.
• A proven background in inside sales, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals effectively.
• Prior experience or training in sales call techniques, showcasing confidence and professionalism when engaging with prospects over the phone.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to manage and update client databases, track progress, and use data insights to drive results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional documents, deliver persuasive presentations, and confidently represent the company at client meetings and events.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
• A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales goals.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, and familiarity with analytical methods to qualify leads and identify opportunities for growth.
• A willingness to travel when needed for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows to maximize business development opportunities.
