Tasks

Drive profitable growth while ensuring the region’s financial health and operational efficiency
Define and execute a clear strategic vision with measurable goals to keep pace in a fast-moving market
Ensure strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements to protect and empower the business
Identify and lead market expansion and service diversification to stay ahead of customer needs
Promote cross-regional collaboration to share best practices and streamline processes for maximum agility
Lead continuous process improvements to boost speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Oversee budgeting and forecasting to maintain financial discipline and drive results
Build and inspire a high-performing regional team, fostering motivation and accountability within a global matrix
Cultivate a culture where time matters — empowering teams to act fast and deliver excellence
Own critical projects and initiatives that accelerate growth and operational success

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years
At least 3 years in a leadership role and 5+ years in a relevant industry
Proven success as a Managing Director or senior leader with a collaborative, inclusive leadership approach
Track record of driving change, turnaround initiatives, and strategic growth
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial insight and business development skills
Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Excellent communicator: fluent English required; additional local languages a plus
Strong organizational, team-building, and financial management capabilities
High intercultural awareness and ability to thrive in a matrixed, global environment
Willingness to travel frequently, including on short notice
Work Authorization: Eligible to work in Netherlands without restrictions

As part of the commercial team, you will play a key role in driving the business’s growth objectives while ensuring that our customers always feel valued and supported.
We are looking for an outgoing, approachable, and confident individual who thrives on engaging in meaningful conversations and delivering on promises. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales process, including effective cold-calling techniques and the ability to identify and target the right prospects. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will help strengthen customer trust and loyalty, ensuring needs are met with professionalism and care.
Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial as you strive to acquire new customers, grow revenue for the company, and ensure all sales orders meet both client expectations and company standards.
